How Eatgift Works?

• What is Eatgift?

Eatgift is an online grocery store that supplies other businesses and delivers high quality food products to private consumers all over the world.

• Where do you deliver?

Our service is available everywhere in the world. However, there are some restrictions for some products in certain countries. Once your order has been communicated, you will receive all relevant details within 24 hours. These details will include:
– Shipping costs and timing
– Any eventual restriction on delivering the products you selected to your recipient country
– Payment instructions
– Any other issue regarding your order

• Do I need to pay to make an order?

No, all you need to do is choose your products and fill in your information so that we can contact the couriers and let you know your shipping price and other details about your order.

• How do I create an account?

To create an account
1. Go at www.eatgift.com and make sure you are not logged in with another account
2. At the top right click, Account
3. Click Create an Account
4. Enter your country of residence
5. Use your email address, Google, or Facebook authentication to sign up!

• How can I change the items on my order?

To change the quantity of an item
1. Go to www.eatgift.com and make sure you are logged in
2. At the top right, click Account
3. Click Your Orders
4. Locate the item you want to adjust the quantity on
5. On this item, click the number and adjust as you like

To remove an item
1. Go to www.eatgift.com
2. At the top right, click to cart icon
4. Locate the item you want to remove and click the “X” symbol

Please note orders cannot be changed once the payment has been made.

• How are out of stock items handled?

Out of stock items will be communicated to you together with all the other details about your order

• What if an item I want is not available on your site?

To request a product
1. Go to www.eatgift.com and make sure you are logged in
2. Click Departments
3. Click Request a product
4. Please feel free to contact our team

• What type of payments do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. We only accept bank transfers at request and for orders above €1000.

• How do I pay for my order?

We are working on automating our payments, but at the moment Eatgift only accepts payments once we have revised your order and you have received an email saying that your order is ready. This email will also include the steps to make your payment.

• How much time do I have to pay for my order?

Orders expire 48 hours after you receive our email saying that your order is ready. You would need to send the order a second time if you fail to pay within this timeframe.

Please note this does not apply to business-to-business orders.
