Amaro Alpino Bràulio Bormio
This Amaro takes his name from the Monte Braulio, in the beautiful setting that is Valtellina. In 1875, the pharmacist Francesco Peloni would go at the feet of the mountain to pick officinal herbs that he would then use as healing herbs. Grass, flowers, roots and berries are indeed ingredients of the secret recipe that combined to a wise alchemic blending, make up this typical mountain amaro. In its bottle it encloses the fresh air of the alps and the knowledge of those that, centuries ago, were able to combine 13 herbs to create something unique, enriched by a long resting period in oak barrels.
