Campofilone Lemon Fettuccine
Campofilone srl: over 100 years of history, culture, health. The company is the most ancient one in Campofilone, a small medieval village in the Marche region, and one of the first that was awarded by DNV GL with the most prestigious international certifications, such as Food Chain Traceability (ISO 22005:2008), Food Safety Management (ISO 22000:2005, BRC Food Safety Standard and IFS Food).
The excellent quality of this pasta lies in the accurate selection of the ingredients (non-GMO local durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs from free-range hens, fed with non-GMO noble cereals), but also in the manufacturing process, which faithfully follows the tradition of Campofilone egg pasta: low temperatures of production (not over 25°C) and slow drying for 24-36 hours under 36°C. The result is light, delicious, high protein authentic pasta which rivals most homemade egg pasta.
