Filet Bleu created in 1920in south Brittany (in France) became a very well-known company thanks to its Breton specialties. We adapted our traditional recipes with an original unique French touch. From Breton cottages to Parisian residences, delicious soft Galettes (round butter biscuits), sablé or Petit Beurre (biscuit topped with chocolate) are successful and make our brand name Filet Bleu famous.

Wheat flour, butter 25%, sugar, wheat starch, salt butter caramel chips 7,5% (sugar, apple, pineapple fibre, salted butter caramel 11% (glucose syrup, sugar, butter, water, fresh cream, sea salt from Guérande), caramel 6% gelling agent: sodium alginate, salt, flavouring stabiliser: dicalcium phosphate, colour: caramel, acid: citric acid), eggs, lactose and milk proteins, salt, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate - disodium diphosphate - ammonium hydrogen carbonate, flavouring (milk). May contain traces of soy, peanut and nuts.
