Rum Zacapa 23 Years Solera Gran Reserva
Differently from other Rums that employ molasses in its production, Zacapa only uses cane sugar juice, named “virgin honey” in Guatemala. For the fermentation process (5 days), a yeast extracted from pineapples is employed, guaranteeing an unmistakable taste and aroma. This is what renders Zacapa different from others, only quality ingredients for quality products, like this one, aged for 23 years in oak barrels that previously contained Bourbon and Sherry, obtained from a blend of Rums aged for 23 years; for a noble distillate, elegant and refined like no other.
