Tartufissima was the first truffle pasta ever produced in the world. In 1990 Tartuflanghe created the first Taglioni and the first Tagliatelle eggpasta mixing the truffle into the dough. Two years later, the Tartufissima was awarded as “Best New Product of the Year” at the Fancy Food Show in New York. Thanks to its special texture and to its flavour, this truffle pasta is still considered the Best Truffle Pasta in the World.
